How does the research process work?
Step 1
After you sign up, we reach out to do a short preliminary interview to learn more about you as a lab software user.
Step 2
We schedule a time that works for you to share your expertise with our UX researchers in fall 2022.
Step 3
Meet with a UX researcher that takes you through a prototype iteration of the Labbit UI to get your feedback on ease of use and intuitiveness.
